Reading with others in a guided book club setting provides opportunity for more accountability, consistency, comprehension, and integration of what we read and work on.
This author, Martha Beck, is a wise woman who has worked with thousands who struggle with feeling a lack of fulfillment in their lives. In this book, The Way of Integrity: Finding The Path to Your Purpose, she uses Dante's Divine Comedy as an allegory and guide for our own journey to find our true selves. As the book goes on she moves us deeper and closer to our fears and to our truth until there is space for more peace in our lives. She teaches how to do so safely with introspective exercises and practical tools.
If you are feeling curious and courageuos enough to look within yourself, with an anchor text and a group of other women doing the exact same work, maybe its time to join this guided book club.
You will have to buy the book and commit to reading about 65 pages every two weeks on your own. The exercises and tools will also be contemplated and practiced as well in this time.
Then we will come together VIRTUALLY on the following dates for a guided discussion and a sharing of our experiences.
